Spa Etiquette
To maintain the serenity of the space, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phone off upon arrival. Children under 10 are not permitted unless they specifically have an appointment for a treatment and are accompanied by a parent. Gratuities are not included.
Appointments
We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand of appointments we require at least 24 hrs notice when canceling a treatment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, full charge for no-shows.
Gift Cards
Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, and are good for one year from the date of purchase. Gift cards may not be used for injectables, permanent makeup or health center services. Expired gift cards can be reactivated for a 15% reactivation fee.
